I’ve led a pretty normal life, whatever normal means, with the ups and downs life tends to bring to each one of us. One thing I’ve always been fascinated with is why we are here on Earth, what is our purpose on this planet, and how do I be in the driver’s seat in life’s journey rather than just passing through life.

In this podcast, I’m inviting you to join me in exploring how to raise our vibration to make our lives more vibrant, joyful and filled with abundance, love and success! In each episode, I will give you practical tips and tools to achieve this. We will start by exploring why we need to raise our vibrations, and then we will explore one topic during each episode that I hope will bring more joy in your everyday life.  

I’m a voracious reader, a hypnotherapy student and a strong believer in the fact that we shape our own lives by raising our vibes!
